Man Takes Taylor Swift Cardboard Cut-Out On Date As Fantasy Football Punishment

Over the years, there have been a lot of very creative (and hilarious) fantasy football punishments.

There was the guy forced to spend 24 hours in a Waffle House.

Then there was the guy forced to spend 10 hours in a Skyline Chili, eating coney dogs.

The worst fantasy football punishments we’ve seen, however, are probably either the guy who had to cover himself in peanut butter and visit a dog park or the poor sap who was forced to spend the night in a haunted clown hotel.

Yeah, it’s going to be pretty hard to top that last one, but it hasn’t stopped people from trying.

For example, a man named Greig Dick recently finished in last place in his fantasy football league (and this time the football we are referring to is actually soccer).

As punishment for being so bad at fantasy football, his friends in the league forced him to go on a date.

That date? A cardboard cut-out of Taylor Swift.

That’s right. Greg had to sit at a table at a restaurant in Motherwell, Scotland with a cardboard Taylor Swift where both he and the cut-out were given menus.

After their dinner, Dick took his “date” with him to the casino where he bet £22 on red, then took “her” to meet his friends for a pint at a pub.

“I’ve been on worse dates,” one person commented.

Meanwhile, thanks to the Fantasy Premier League Twitter account asking for even more punishments to be submitted, fans learned about several other folks who were equally as humiliated for their poor play.

“My cousin’s league had a forfeit depending on where you came. Including a custom phone case that had to be worn for a year and for last place, and my personal favourite, having to do a 5 minute stand-up routine at a local pub,” someone else wrote.

Another person tweeted, “Mate had to cook me a steak dinner during a birthday party. He had to serve me wine and suit up. He was not allowed to tell anyone why.”

Man, fantasy football punishments in the soccer world are savage.
